Client operating costs fell 18%+ across 8+ contracts.

Clients dispatched faster and at lower cost, and the capability became part of how ServicePower won new clients.

The problem

Carriers and retailers needed the right technician on each job, dispatched faster and at lower cost.

Claims split by an ML triage stepA claim passes through an ML triage node. Low-complexity claims route straight to dispatch, others go to human review first. Dispatch then sends a matched technician.CLAIMMLTRIAGELOW COMPLEXITY: AUTO-ROUTEDHUMAN REVIEWDISPATCHSKILL · TRAVELTECHNICIAN

The build

The dispatch model matches each job to the technician with the right skills, availability and shortest travel. Claims triage sends low-complexity claims straight to dispatch.

Key calls

  1. Negotiated engineering capacity across three groups.

The role sat between the client and sales side for requirements, the product team of PMs and engineers, and the CTO's core engineering team on the back end. Each roadmap cycle meant negotiating shared engineering capacity across all three.

  2. Routed simple claims straight to dispatch.

Low-complexity claims skipped the full review and went straight to a technician.
