$13M+ ARR from the largest contract in ServicePower's history, with Lowe's.

Two net-new products and five deployments automated the claims and dispatch workflow and cut claims processing time 30%.

The problem

The Lowe's contract covered its appliance vendors, LG, GE and Samsung among them. Fourteen firms and 37+ people had a stake in one rollout, and each firm came with its own release priorities.

The build

Two net-new products and five deployments on ServicePower's field service platform, covering the claims and dispatch workflow from claims adjudication through payout. One deployment path and one set of release priorities held it together.

Key calls

  1. Set one deployment path.

All 14 firms moved onto a single deployment path and a single set of release priorities.

  2. Owned it from pursuit to delivery.

Demoed the product and gathered requirements during the pursuit, then owned delivery.
